1. What Funded Hunch is

Funded Hunch is a simulated trading evaluation. You trade with virtual funds against publicly available prices from prediction markets such as Kalshi and Polymarket, under rules we show you in the app.

No real orders are placed on any market, you do not deposit money into any market through us, and virtual balances have no cash value. Nothing on Funded Hunch is investment, financial, tax, legal or betting advice.

Funded Hunch is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Kalshi, Polymarket or any other market.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Funded Hunch is not offered in Canada, and we may decide not to offer it in other countries or regions. You may not use it from a place where we don't offer it or where it would be unlawful for you to use it.

While we are pre-launch, access is by invitation. Joining the waitlist or creating an account does not guarantee access, and we may open, pause or end access at any time.

3. Your account

One account per person. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Don't share, sell or transfer your account, run more than one account, use bots or automation, exploit bugs or price delays, coordinate with others to game the rules, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or close accounts and void results that we reasonably believe involve any of these.

4. Challenges and rules

Each challenge has rules (for example profit targets, loss limits and time limits) shown in the app before you start. We apply them automatically. Rules for future challenges may change; a challenge already running keeps the rules it started with unless a change is needed to fix an error or prevent abuse.

Prices may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and markets may close, resolve or be removed. Where prices were clearly wrong we may correct or void affected trades.

5. Paid features

Funded Hunch is free during pre-launch. If we introduce paid challenges or rewards, they will come with additional terms that you will be asked to accept before you pay.

6. Our content

The Funded Hunch name, logo, software and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial use. Market data belongs to its respective sources.

7. No warranty

Funded Hunch is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will be accurate. Simulated results do not predict results in real trading.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of Funded Hunch. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Funded Hunch and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Funded Hunch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
